If the item is in stock, we typically ship the same business day if the order is received before 2 PM Pacific Time.
Expedited and International shipping is offered at a premium rate.
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. Please note that there is no weekend service for our Expedited or Priority delivery options. Therefore, a package that leaves our fulfillment center on a Saturday or Sunday does not actually reach the shipper (UPS or USPS) until Monday morning, so expect your delivery Tuesday or Wednesday.
All we ask is that you return everything that you received from us, including the gift box and packaging material. The customer will be responsible for return shipping and all returned items are subject to a restocking fee up to 20%.

Your piece is under a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects under the terms and conditions. Proof of purchase in the form of Warranty Authenticity Card, receipt or registration is required. The warranty against defects does not cover loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance, kinks, or the gradual degradation of all or part of the goods due to normal wear, mishap, careless handling, improper use, or use outside Ioka Jewelry's care instructions. Shipping and postage for both way are to be the customer's responsibility.
Please email email@example.com or take your jewelry to the place of purchase. If the retailer and Ioka Jewelry are satisfied that the warranty claim is valid, we will arrange for the repair or replacement of the jewelry. We will advise you of your repair options (if any) and the charge in the event that your warranty claim is not accepted by Ioka Jewelry.
